Description
Triptoquinone B, also called 19-Hydroxy-8,12-abietadiene-3,11,14-trione, is a natural diterpenoid found in the vines of Tripterygium wilfordii. 19-Hydroxy-8,12-abietadiene-3,11,14-trione is a novel interleukin-1 inhibitor, shows extremely potent inhibitory activities against interleukin-lα and β releases for human peripheral mononticlear cells.
