Description

Trans-Hinokiresinol is natural lignan found in the barks of Cryptomeria japonica, it stimulates the proliferation of estrogen-dependent T47D breast cancer cells, and their stimulatory effects were blocked by an estrogen antagonist, which indicate that the compounds are estrogen agonists.
