Description
Tanshindiol C is a diterpenoid isolated from the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Tanshindiol C can bind to the S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) binding site of EZH2 and act as a competitive inhibitor of SAM, thereby suppressing EZH2 activity.
