Description

Persicogenin is purified from the flowers of Chromolaena odorata, displaying antimutagenic effect against AFB1. Persicogenin possesses antileishmanial activity. Persicogenin has anticancer activity. It can inhibit the proliferation of mouse tsFT210 cancer cells, and mainly inhibits cell cycle at the G2/M phase in a dose-dependent manner.
