Description
p-Hydroxycinnamoyl-feruloylmethane is a derivative of Curcumin that regulates anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative responses through a ROS-independent mechanism. It attenuates the Wnt/β-catenin pathway through down-regulation of the transcriptional coactivator p300.
