Description
Nitidine chloride, that comes from the roots of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC, could be developed as a potential anticancer agent to renal cancer and worthy of further studies. Nitidine chloride inhibited the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells in vitro in a time- and dose-dependent manner and identified efficacy in vivo in a mouse model of HCC.
