Description
Niranthin, a natural lignan found in the the herbs of Phyllanthus amarus, exhibits antiinflammatory and
antiallodynic actions which are probably mediated through its direct antagonistic action on the platelet activating factor (PAF) receptor binding sites. Niranthin exhibits the activities of antiinflammatory and antiallodynic actions. And both in vitro and in vivo, it exhibits anti-hepatitis B virus activity.
