Mogroside V

Mogroside V is extracted from the fruit of Siraitia grosvenorii Swingle. It is 300 times sweeter than cane sugar and low in calories. It had a significant effect on insulin secretion and confirmed that the natural sweetener LHK could be beneficial for use by diabetic populations. Studies have found that mogrosides V have strong sweetness and functional effects.
