Description
Kaurenoic acid is a natural diterpenoid found in the herbs of Croton antisyphiliticus. Kaurenoic acid has anti-inflammatory activity, and also exhibits cytotoxic and embryotoxic effects. It acts through inhibition of iNOS and COX-2 expression.
