Isopedicin is a natural flavonoid found in the herbs of Fissistigma oldhamii. By an elevation of cellular cAMP and activation of PKA through its inhibition of cAMP-specific PDE in human neutrophils, Isopedicin can inhibit the O(2)(*)(-) production.
