Description
Arabinofuranosyl-2-fluoro-adenin is an adenosine deaminase resistant analog of 9-β-D-arabinofuranosyladenine (ara-A) that inhibits DNA synthesis. It is commonly used as an antitumor agent for its antiproliferative property.
