Description
ent-11α-Hydroxyabieta-8(14),13(15)-dien-16,12α-olide is extracted from the roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata. It has significant cytotoxic activity against Jurkat and ANA-1 cells with IC50 values 1.79 x 10(-2) and 7.12 x 10(-3) microM.
