Description
Diosbulbin B, a natural diterpenoid found in the roots of Dioscorea bulbifera, has hepatotoxicity, oral administration of DB for 12 consecutive days can lead to the oxidative stress liver injury in mice;ferulic acid prevents. Diosbulbin B exhibits the activity of anti-tumor and has inhibition of gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 proliferation.
