Description
Dehydroleucodine is a sesquiterpene lactone isolated from Gynoxys verrucosa. Study indicated that dehydroleucodine had cytotoxicity against human acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines. It triggers senescence and apoptosis in association with accumulation of DNA damage markers.
