Description
Conophylline, also called Polyervine, is a natural alkaloid found in the leaves of Tabernaemontana divaricata, it is a bis (indole) alkaloid consisting of two pentacyclic aspidosperma skeletons, plays a key role in the regulation of cell mass proliferation, maintenance of the undifferentiated state of iPMSCs and also promotes iPMSCs differentiated into insulin-producing cells.
