Description
Benactyzine is an antagonist of acetylcholine in the central and peripheral nervous system. Benactyzine is used as an antispasmodic. Benactyzine hydrochloride is also a butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitor with a Ki of 0.010 mM.
