Description

Axillarin is a natural compound isolated from the herbs of Tagetes mendocina. Axillarin can strongly protect primary cultured neurons against glutamate-induced oxidative stress. Axillarin shows xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity (IC50 :36.0 uM). Axillarin has antioxidant activity.
