Description

3'-O-Methylmurraol is a coumarin isolated from the fruits of Cnidium monnieri. It inhibits (IC50 ≤ 7.31 µg/mL) superoxide anion generation by human neutrophils in response to formyl-l-methionyl-l-leucyl-l-phenylalanine/cytochalasin B (fMLP/CB) and exhibits potential anti-inflammatory activity.
