Description
1,6-O,O-Diacetylbritannilactone is a sesquiterpene lactone isolated from the flower heads of Inula britannica. 1,6-O,O-Diacetylbritannilactone was shown to inhibit eotaxin-1 and ALOX15 expression in A549 cells to exhibit potential anticancer effects, and also suppress activation of mast cell and airway hyper-responsiveness as a potential treatment of allergic diseases.
