1,3,5,6-Tetrahydroxyxanthone is a xanthone isolated from Canscora decussata. 1,3,5,6-tetrahydroxyxanthone shows significant antiplatelet aggregation effects on collagen-induced platelet aggregation. It is also used as an anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis agent.
