Key Responsibilities

Coordinate projects in a team setting, including working closely with sponsors.
Work closely with the R&D team on assessing opportunities and developing new projects.
Present to Senior Executives regularly with results of the development process.
Write proposals and other technical documents.

Basic Qualifications

Master's degree in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry or related majors, with experience in R&D and production can also be considered.
Work proactive, serious and independent, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and organization skills.
Has a strong chemical professional background, able to solve customer needs and provide professional technical support.
Have a certain understanding of related industries/applications and rich product knowledge.
Excellent teamwork and customer service; demonstrate professionalism; treat others with respect and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Project coordination and relationship building with key clients.
Work directly with clients to facilitate communication and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
Work closely within multi-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and present offers to clients.
Serve as a mentor to support the company, providing direction and guidance as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Strong organizational skills: ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. Effective project management skills.
Proficiency in writing, editing and reviewing business documents.
Positive work attitude, attention to detail and patience. Excellent communication skills, team player and customer service orientation.
